I happened to travel through the US and had them courier the watch to my hotel. We exchanged e-mails (cordial, informative and quick response - thanks Ana). The price was well below what I had come to know as the market rate for these watches online. Late January 2016 I spotted the model I was looking for with Luxury Bazaar. I had been following several websites, local jeweller shops for about two years. I had been on the lookout for a particular model from Panerai (a lesser known Radiomir version). If you are not happy with a price you were given, you have the option to decline the offer or counteroffer, but to curse out one of our sales associates and then leave these type of reviews just because you can, is really a shame considering the negative impact bad reviews can have for an online business. Having been in business almost 20 years we do run into an occasional client that’s not happy with something, but this is the first time a person we have never done business with, hits us with a bad review everywhere just because he was not happy with a number he got offered on a couple of watches. When we purchase watches, we purchase them with every intent to make a profit it’s no secret we also take into consideration cost of servicing and making the watch retail ready (polish new straps etc). We buy hundreds of watches a week, we made a reasonable offer on both watches the Omega we own at the price offered and gave a fair market value on the Panerai considering its age and sellability.
